Council’s Strategic Priorities focus on services and outcomes Cochrane residents want and need. They also set the direction for the next four years to achieve a desired future for Cochrane residents.

All of the Town’s decision making is shaped by Council’s Strategic Priorities and our vision to be a community that is well beyond the ordinary. Our strategies and plans align with our vision and are shaped by what we hear from the community through public engagement, which defines our goals, direction and the strategic priorities of Cochrane Council.
