Why is the Town asking for input on the 2027 budget?
The budget is one of the Town’s most important planning tools—it determines how funding is allocated across services, infrastructure, and community priorities. Resident feedback ensures decisions reflect what matters most to the community and helps Council make informed trade-offs during budget discussions.
How can I participate if I didn’t receive a letter in the mail?

How will my feedback actually be used?
Your input will be analyzed alongside other engagement results and used by Administration to shape the draft budget. While not every suggestion can be implemented, all feedback directly contributes to the decision-making process.
Who is collecting the survey responses, and is my information confidential?
The Town has partnered with Advanis, an independent research firm, to collect and analyze feedback. This ensures results are statistically reliable and representative of the community. All responses are confidential and reported in aggregate—your individual responses will not be shared.
