Help improve the Cochrane App
The Cochrane App gives residents an easy way to access Town news, service updates and important information — all in one place.
More than 3,500 residents have already downloaded the app. Now, we want to hear from the community about what’s working, what could be improved and what might encourage more people to use it.
Your feedback will help us make the app more useful and better understand how it can support community needs.
Why your input matters
Your feedback will help the Town:
- Understand how residents use the app and what they value most
- Identify what could make the app more useful
- Learn what might prevent people from downloading or using it
- Guide future updates and improvements
Who should participate
We want to hear from everyone – whether you use the app or not.
How we are gathering feedback
To better understand what residents need, the Town is collecting feedback through:
- A short survey for residents
- Interviews with a small group of app users and non-users
- A review of app download and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement
What happens next
Once the engagement period closes, we’ll review all the feedback we receive from the survey, interviews and app data.
We’ll share a “What We Heard” reporting, highlighting:
- What residents find most useful
- What could be improved
- What might be preventing people from using the app
The “What We Heard” report will be shared in October 2026.
